Habs Hockey Rumors

habs hockey rumors
Habs fans and hockey fans in general?

How would you rate the quality of the work that Bob Gainey has done a lot? In the off-season, I said, they would have done just as well as 3mm (held to have Koivu) Instead of everything for Gomez and his 8MM salary. Koivu had 10G 19A 28A 9 Gomez 7G Even then the Gionta deal-5yrs/25 MM for 13G and 12A Looks like the deal has run atleast Cammalleri but I do not think that many questioned the acquisition. A few other footnotes are the goalie situation, Rumours still surround the Kostitsyn's, the recent debacle Laraque (no big deal IMO )…………. ……… ie from A to F?

I would give him an F +, the + Easy there, because the Habs are currently in a playoff position and its almost February. He has a decent job last season of mixing young, local talent with veterans and acquisitions, but this year the team is complete, he murdered. He should not let go and then Koivu trade fairly Chris Higgins, Ryan McDonagh, a potential was not. Markov behind two defenders and Valentenko for Gomez. Koivu would be so much more brought to the table, as Gomez would have. And look what it the Rangers, a franchise Gaborik was in front. While Higgins does not have a good season last year, many people still overlook the 27 goals he scored in the previous year and the fact that he is strong two-way hockey to play. The Kovalev-for-Gionta kind of business in the okay because isn't consistent with Kovalev and he was not the type of man they needed to lead them into the playoffs, but he too Gionta of about 1 million euros per season. The worst was by far the acquisition of Hal Gill. He does bring something to the team. He cannot score. He cannot skate. He cannot play defense. He is at the Top of the list in giveaways in the NHL and he does eve log that many minutes per game. He gave him 2.75 million per year, which they could have used for other things. Spacek, is nearing the end of his career he was 3.883 million per year for three years and the last thing they needed was another 35-year-old on the blue line. The signing Mara was good, a year much to just over one million for a guy who needs back on track. He isn't as good as I had hoped, but still not so bad. Cammalleri is too much. I know he has a lot of goals, but not sure if he can stay for the duration of his contract productive. I would have tried it at 0.5 million Euro per year, but not that of a much worse, given what he does shave compared with the rest of the team. It was to be a good move Dandenault, Brisebois and Kovalev . Go Bouillon is better than OByrne and would have been kept for cheap. Komisarek is a guy I would try to sign again. Even if hes an asshole, I it would be about Mara and Spacek have kept money combined, and traded OByrne. I would Beauchemin went for 3.5 million of them instead of for Spacek 3.883. It was a good move to buy at Bergeron because a PP specialist is something they lacked last season until the arrival of the cutter. There was no room for Kostopoulos, but I would have kept him Laraque anyday. I would have bought Laraque contract over the summer to prevent this situation. Lang would also be useful, but there was no room for him on the top two lines, not even three. I have also tried to re-sign Tanguay on Gionta, perhaps, theyre both good, but I really liked Tanguays combo of playmaking and scoring. The good move was the trade for Latendresse Pouliot, it moves essentially by 40 points in the 2005 draft. Hes a dumbass Chipchura to trade. He was one of the highest ranked skater in his draft year and I think they would have given him more to have a chance. He deserved it after Master all of those teams wins. As the rumors Kostitsyn, I would say that a really good player and Andrej who earned a spot on the roster. He has power Forward abilities (underestimated just look at his points / hits), but his brother is a huge problem and it is not worth keeping, with him, what he brings to the ice. They have enough problems as it is.
